If you have a sweet tooth like me and enjoy a chocolate chunk cookies with sea salt, buttery flaky croissants dipped in Matcha heaven or Wasabi, ginger and smoked salmon filled danishes (its an acquired taste) then Mr. Holmes Bakery is the spot for you.
With a variety of options to choose from -- you'll definitely find something you'll really like.....and probably come back for more. One of the main highlights for me at this bakery is there Matcha dipped croissants. It has the buttery taste with a mixture of leafy green blends that is a serious delight in every bite. I certainly did not expect the lines to be as big as they are when coming here but I guess it's all part of the experience. Most of the customers that come through are pretty much obsessed with their "cruffin." -- which is pretty much a hybrid of a muffin and a croissant mixed together to bring the best of both worlds.
