Symmetry is all around us and I sometimes catch myself missing out on beautiful things right in front of me. It dawned on me that everywhere I go in San Francisco -- there is usually a view that I can capture with my camera in the moment my eye catches a view.
These lines in the middle of California Street were so appealing that if there was not for traffic I would sit there, on a blanket and stare all day long.
Capture What's In Front Of You:
“The universe is built on a plan the profound symmetry of which somehow is always present in the inner structure of our intellect.” ― Paul Valery
These hills have many winding roads and undiscovered places even by locals. I suppose sometimes we have to stop and absorb what we can -- whether its the energy of the city, the energy of the people or even our energy to see things differently.
Beautiful Streets and Views.
"The coldest winter I ever saw was the summer I spent in #SanFrancisco"-- Yes, Mark Twain is right. I do love this city but sometimes the weather can damper summer when its close to 50 degrees outside. Interestingly enough, hotter days are in October and sometimes in February. Make it work with how you want to enjoy this city. It's all in based on perspective.
Now this might sound funny, but standing in the middle of the street as traffic flowed was soothing in capturing this photo. Capture this photo yourself and add it to your collection of #symmetry. Will be recommending other spots so stay tuned!
